Our customer service team responds Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK time), excluding UK bank holidays.
Emails received outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.
Reporting an adverse reaction
If you have experienced an adverse reaction to a Vitova product, please:

Stop using the product immediately.

Seek medical advice from your GP or NHS 111.

Email hello@vitova.co.uk with your order number, the batch number printed on the pouch, and a description of the reaction so we can investigate and notify our manufacturer if needed.
Your safety is our priority and we take all adverse reaction reports seriously.
Complaints
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email hello@vitova.co.uk with the subject line "Complaint" and your order number. Our complaints process is set out in our Terms of Service.
