Vitova is a UK-founded supplement brand for people with demanding routines. It began with an airline captain's experience of early starts, late finishes and the challenge of finding consistency in an unpredictable schedule.
Why I started Vitova
I'm James, an airline captain and the founder of Vitova. Years of changing rosters made a regular routine difficult. Some days meant waking at 2am; others meant finishing work at 5am. Over time, the fatigue built up.
That experience led me to take a closer look at my own habits and to research supplements. After spending a lot of time and money trying different options, I decided to create a brand of my own.
I wanted something straightforward: supplements with clear information and a simple place in a daily routine. That became the idea behind Vitova. Properly made.

A simpler daily ritual
Life doesn't always follow the same timetable. Our aim is to make supplements feel less complicated, with clear directions and a format that fits into everyday life.
For us, a daily ritual is one part of a bigger picture. Supplements aren't a substitute for sleep, a varied and balanced diet, or a healthy lifestyle.
Starting with Calm
Calm is our first product: a daily gummy with magnesium, ashwagandha, L-theanine, zinc and vitamin D3. Its recommended daily serving is two gummies.
